System cum Network Engineer L3

• *Key Responsibilities**

• **System Administration:** Manage, patch, and monitor physical and virtual servers (Windows/Linux) and cloud environments.
• **Network Engineering:** Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot enterprise network hardware including switches, routers, and firewalls.
• **Security \& Compliance:** Enforce network segmentation, manage IPsec VPNs, monitor intrusion detection, and run vulnerability assessments.
• **Infrastructure Monitoring:** Proactively check network bandwidth, latency, and server uptime using network monitoring tools.
• **Disaster Recovery:** Execute and test data backups, system redundancies, and network failover strategies to guarantee high availability.
• **Documentation:** Maintain current network topologies, standard operating procedures, and hardware/software inventories.

• *Required Qualifications**

• **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
• **Experience:** 3\-5\+ years of combined experience in system administration and network engineering.
• **Networking Knowledge:** Deep understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, routing protocols (OSPF, BGP, Static Routing), and switching protocols (VLANs, Spanning Tree, Etc.).
• **Systems Expertise:** Proficiency in Windows Server/Active Directory and experience with hypervisors (VMware, Hyper\-V).
• **Security:** Hands\-on experience configuring and managing enterprise firewalls (e.g., Cisco, FortiGate, Palo Alto, Sophos)

• *Preferred Qualifications**

• **Certifications:** Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA), CCNP, CCIE, CompTIA Server\+, Microsoft Certified: Windows Server Hybrid Administrator, or equivalent. MCP, MCSE, MCSA, RHCE, ITIL Additional Etc.
• **Cloud Experience:** Familiarity with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
• **Automation Skills:** Ability to write scripts (PowerShell, Python) to automate routine IT tasks and system maintenance.

• Strong analytical and problem\-solving abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast\-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

Pay: ₹500,000\.00 \- ₹1,500,000\.00 per year
