Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and proactive Network / Desktop Support \& IT System Administrator Engineer to manage and support the organization's IT infrastructure, end\-user computing environment, network systems, and security. The ideal candidate should have hands\-on experience in desktop support, network administration, troubleshooting, and IT asset management.
Key Responsibilities
- *IT Infrastructure \& System Administration**
- Manage, monitor, and maintain IT infrastructure including desktops, laptops, servers, printers, and network devices.
- Administer and support Windows Server environments.
- Configure and maintain Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policies, and user access management.
- Perform system upgrades, patch management, and preventive maintenance.
- *Network Administration**
- Configure, manage, and troubleshoot LAN, WAN, Wi\-Fi, switches, routers, and firewalls.
- Monitor network performance and resolve connectivity issues.
- Implement network security best practices and access controls.
- Support VPN connectivity and remote access solutions.
- *Desktop \& End\-User Support**
- Provide Level 1 and Level 2 technical support for hardware, software, and network\-related issues.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows operating systems and business applications.
- Configure and support Microsoft Outlook, Office 365, Teams, and email\-related issues.
- Diagnose and resolve desktop, laptop, and peripheral device issues.
- *Printer \& Peripheral Support**
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot network and local printers.
- Coordinate with vendors for hardware maintenance and support.
- *IT Asset \& Inventory Management**
- Maintain accurate records of IT assets and inventory.
- Track hardware/software licenses and warranty information.
- Manage procurement, allocation, and disposal of IT assets.
- Ticketing \& Incident Management
- Manage incidents and service requests using ticketing tools.
- Ensure timely resolution of tickets within defined SLAs.
- Document troubleshooting procedures and technical solutions.
- *Security \& Compliance**
- Monitor endpoint security solutions and antivirus systems.
- Ensure compliance with IT policies and security standards.
- Perform regular backup verification and recovery testing.
- *Required Technical Skills**
Strong knowledge of Networking Fundamentals and CCNA concepts.
Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE) or equivalent knowledge.
Hands\-on experience with DNS, DHCP, Active Directory, and Group Policy.
Experience configuring and troubleshooting switches, routers, and firewalls.
Desktop and laptop troubleshooting expertise.
Microsoft Outlook and Office 365 configuration and support.
Printer installation and troubleshooting.
Experience with IT ticketing tools such as ServiceNow, Jira Service Management, Freshservice, Zendesk, or ManageEngine ServiceDesk.
Knowledge of Windows 10/11 and Windows Server administration.
Basic knowledge of cybersecurity and endpoint protection solutions.
Experience with remote support tools.

CCNA
MCSE / Microsoft Certifications
ITIL Foundation (Preferred)
CompTIA Network\+ (Preferred)
- *Educational Qualification**
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Electronics, or a related field.
- Relevant technical certifications will be an added advantage.
3 to 5 years of hands\-on experience in Network Administration, Desktop Support, and IT System Administration.

Pay: ₹12,514\.22 \- ₹60,205\.83 per month
