• *Job Function / Responsibilities:**

• Independently execute vehicle data analysis and engineering investigations by evaluating test, field, and customer vehicle datasets to support system development, validation, and product improvement activities.
• Design and develop analytical solutions, dashboards, reports, and performance assessment methodologies that transform complex vehicle and test data into actionable engineering insights.
• Solve technical problems through data\-driven analysis, identifying trends, anomalies, performance issues, and interface\-related concerns while supporting root\-cause investigations and corrective actions.
• Own assigned analytical work packages from requirements understanding through execution, validation, reporting, and stakeholder review, ensuring timely and high\-quality deliverables.
• Deliver project objectives and engineering milestones by providing accurate data analysis, performance evaluations, and technical recommendations that support product development and decision\-making.
• Collaborate effectively with cross\-functional teams, including systems, controls, software, validation, testing, and business stakeholders, to define analytical requirements, align expectations, and resolve technical challenges.
• Drive process improvement initiatives by enhancing data analysis workflows, reporting methods, visualization techniques, and analytical tools to improve efficiency, consistency, and decision quality.
• Demonstrate accountability for technical outcomes by ensuring data accuracy, maintaining analysis traceability, proactively communicating risks and findings, and supporting informed engineering decisions throughout the product lifecycle.

• *Qualification:**
• Bachelors/Masters degree in Computer Science / Data Science / Mechatronics / IT or related field

• *Required Skills:**
• **Technical / Professional Experience Requirements:** 3 to 6 Years
• **Primary Skills**

+ Ability to collect, process, and analyze data to identify trends, generate insights, and support data\-driven decision\-making.

+ Expertise in data visualization, transforming complex datasets into clear, interactive, and actionable visual reports and dashboards.

+ Strong understanding of database concepts, data modeling, normalization, querying, and data management principles.

+ Proficiency in developing interactive dashboards, reports, and business intelligence solutions using Microsoft Power BI.

+ Experience using Python for data analysis, automation, scripting, and analytical model development.

+ Knowledge of MATLAB for data processing, algorithm development, modeling, simulation, and engineering analysis.

+ MySQL \& Advanced Excel

• **Technical / Professional Experience Desired:**

+ Experience in analyzing and interpreting test, measurement, and vehicle data signals to support troubleshooting, performance assessment, and engineering decisions.

+ Proficiency in R programming for data analysis, statistical evaluation, visualization, and automated reporting of engineering data.

+ Familiarity basic vehicle systems with key vehicle domains, including powertrain, chassis, electrical/electronic, thermal, and body systems, and their interactions.

+ Knowledge of AI/ML techniques for data analysis, predictive modeling, pattern recognition, and intelligent system development.

+ Understanding of LLM technologies, prompt engineering, generative AI applications, and their integration into engineering and business solutions.

+ Ability to design and evaluate scalable, maintainable, and modular software systems aligned with functional and non\-functional requirements
