Systems Engineer - IT Service Management

• Provide day to day support for desktops laptops and softphones
• Basic knowledge of servers AD DNS DHCP
• Handle incidents and service requests ensuring SLA adherence and root cause resolution
• Support basic LAN infrastructure switches routers firewalls
• Troubleshoot endpoint OS issues and ensure security compliance
• Understanding of IT asset management
• Support remote and floor users based on ticket assignments
• Knowledge of WVD AVD and exposure to Genesys AWS is an added advantage
• Flexible to work in shifts and coordinate across geographies
