• *Your work profile**

The **Senior Consultant** will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering scalable backend applications and cloud\-native microservices using Java and Spring Boot. The role involves building enterprise\-grade REST APIs, deploying applications on AWS, and developing next\-generation AI\-powered solutions leveraging Large Language Models (LLMs), Agentic AI frameworks, and conversational AI technologies.

The ideal candidate should possess strong software engineering fundamentals, hands\-on cloud experience, and a passion for building innovative AI\-enabled applications while collaborating with cross\-functional teams to deliver high\-quality solutions.

• *Key skills required:**

• 6 – 10 years of experience in Java Backend Development.
• Strong hands\-on experience with **Java (8\+/17\+)** and **Spring Boot**.
• Experience with **Spring Cloud** and Microservices Architecture.
• Strong experience designing and developing scalable RESTful APIs and backend services.
• Hands\-on experience with **AWS cloud services** and cloud\-native application deployment.
• Experience with **Google ADK**, **LangGraph**, and Agentic AI frameworks.
• Experience integrating **Large Language Models (LLMs)** using **Spring AI** or **LangChain4j**.
• Experience building Conversational AI applications, AI Agents, and workflow orchestration systems.
• Experience with **Docker**, **Kubernetes**, and **Helm** for containerization and orchestration.
• Experience implementing **CI/CD pipelines** and DevOps best practices.
• Strong knowledge of relational and NoSQL databases, including schema design, indexing, query optimization, and connection pooling.
• Experience with **Redis** and caching strategies for performance optimization.
• Hands\-on experience with asynchronous and reactive programming using **Spring WebFlux**, **Project Reactor**, or **CompletableFuture**.
• Strong understanding of Object\-Oriented Programming (OOP), Clean Architecture, Design Patterns, and software engineering principles.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with a proven ability to work effectively in cross\-functional teams.
• Strong analytical, debugging, and problem\-solving skills with a focus on delivering high\-quality software solutions.

• *Preferred Qualifications**

• **Education \-** Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience designing and developing enterprise\-scale distributed systems.
• Experience building cloud\-native applications on AWS.
• Exposure to Generative AI, Agentic AI, and enterprise AI solution development.
• Experience with Agile development methodologies and DevOps practices.
• Knowledge of monitoring, logging, and observability tools.
• AWS Certification, Kubernetes Certification, or Java Certification would be an added advantage.
