• *Your work profile**

• As an experienced SAP Ariba Buying \& Invoicing Consultant to design, implement, and support SAP Ariba Procure\-to\-Pay (P2P) solutions. The consultant will work closely with Procurement, Finance, and IT stakeholders to optimize purchasing and invoicing processes, integrate Ariba with ERP systems, and support end\-to\-end project delivery.
• Lead requirement gathering, fit\-gap analysis, and solution design workshops.
• Configure SAP Ariba Buying \&Invoicing, Guided Buying, Catalogs and approval workflows.
• Design and configure requisition, purchase order, receiving, service entry sheet, invoice, and invoice reconciliation processes
• Design and configure Guided Buying landing pages based on user personas and purchasing categories.
• Configure tiles, buying channels, purchasing categories, forms, permissions, and user experiences.
• Develop and maintain custom request forms using Guided Buying form capabilities.
• Support integration with SAP S/4HANA or SAP ECC using SAP Ariba Cloud Integration Gateway (CIG).
• Manage SIT, UAT, cutover, go\-live, hypercare, and post\-production support activities.
• Troubleshoot functional issues and provide process improvement recommendations.
• Develop functional specifications, training materials, and system documentation.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, integration teams, and external partners during project delivery
• Develop solution documentation, configuration workbooks, process maps, test scripts, training materials, and knowledge transfer documents.
• Support presales activities including solution demonstrations, effort estimation, RFP responses, and proposal preparation.

• *Key skills required**

• 8 \+years of SAP Ariba experience with strong expertise in Buying \& Invoicing.
• Experience with SAP Business Network enablement, endpoint configuration and managing transaction rules.
• Hands\-on experience in at least 2 full\-cycle SAP Ariba implementations.
• Strong understanding of Procure\-to\-Pay (P2P) processes, purchasing, receiving, invoicing, and approval workflows.
• Experience with SAP Ariba integration and ERP integrations using CIG.

• *Qualification**

Graduate degree (Science or Engineering) – B.Sc ( I.T), B.Sc ( Computer Science ) , B.E/B.Tech or MBA.
