• *Your work profile:**

• We are seeking an experienced **SAP FICO Manager** to lead SAP Finance and Controlling engagements for domestic clients.
• The candidate will be responsible for managing end\-to\-end SAP FICO implementations, support engagements, business process consulting, stakeholder management, and team leadership while ensuring successful project delivery.
• Lead SAP FICO implementation, rollout, support, and enhancement projects.
• Conduct business process assessments and design SAP Finance and Controlling solutions.
• Configure and support: General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Asset Accounting (AA), Bank Accounting, Cost Center Accounting (CCA), Profit Center Accounting (PCA) Internal Orders, Product Costing, Profitability Analysis (CO\-PA)
• Drive financial closing processes include month\-end and year\-end activities.
• Support GST, TDS, withholding tax, e\-invoicing, e\-way bill, and statutory compliance requirements.
• Collaborate with business users to identify process improvements and automation opportunities.
• Prepare functional specifications and coordinate with technical teams for custom developments.

• *Project Management Responsibilities**

• Manage project scope, timelines, risks, and deliverables.
• Lead workshops, requirement gathering sessions, and solution design discussions.
• Ensure quality delivery and adherence to project governance.
• Manage client communications and provide regular project status updates.
• Support presales, estimations, solutioning, and proposal development activities.

• *Stakeholder Management**

• Engage with CFOs, Finance Controllers, and business leadership teams.
• Act as a trusted advisor for finance transformation initiatives.
• Facilitate decision\-making through process and solution recommendations.

• *Team Management**

• Lead and mentor SAP consultants across FICO streams.
• Allocate tasks, review deliverables, and support team development.
• Drive knowledge\-sharing and capability\-building initiatives.

• *Key skills required:**

• **9\-13 years** Strong expertise in Sap FICO.
• SAP FICO or SAP S/4HANA Finance certification preferred.
• Experience in at least **3\-4 full lifecycle SAP implementations**.
• Experience managing teams of 5\-20 consultants.
• Strong hands\-on experience in SAP FI and CO modules.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA Finance implementations/migrations.
• Good understanding of: Record\-to\-Report (R2R), Procure\-to\-Pay (P2P), Order\-to\-Cash (O2C)
• Budgeting \& Cost Control
• Financial Planning \& Analysis
• Knowledge of Indian taxation and statutory reporting requirements.
• Integration experience with: MM, SD, PP, PS, PM, Treasury
• Exposure to Fiori Apps, CDS Views, and embedded analytics.
• Understanding of SAP interfaces, workflows, and reporting tools.

• *Qualifications:**

• CA / CMA / MBA (Finance) / B. Com / M.Com.
