As a **Manager,** you will be responsible for designing and leading the development of compelling, audience‑centric change communications that enable successful change adoption. Blending change management expertise with creative writing and storytelling craft, this role translates complex transformation agendas into clear, persuasive, and engaging narratives that drive awareness, alignment, and sustained behavior change.
You will work alongside Visual Designers and/or Change Specialists to ensure change is not only well planned and well designed but clearly articulated in ways that are meaningful, memorable, and drive behavior change.
- *1\. Change Communications \& Narrative Design**
- Design and lead change communication campaign aligned to overall transformation objectives and project milestones.
- Translate change strategies, impacts, and plans into compelling narratives tailored to distinct stakeholder groups.
- Develop message frameworks and story arcs that connect the *why, what, and how* of change in a clear and persuasive manner.
- *2\. Creative Content Development**
* Create and oversee high‑impact written content, including
- Change campaign messaging and taglines
- Leadership talking points, town halls, and scripts
- Internal Change communications (emails, intranet, toolkits)
- Ensure consistency of tone, voice, and messaging across all change artefacts and phases.
- *3\. Campaign \& Experience Design**
- Partner with Change Managers on end‑to‑end change campaigns and interventions.
- Collaborate closely with Visual Designers to ensure written narratives and visual design work together as a cohesive experience.
- Contribute to storyboarding, brainstorming, and concept‑development sessions.
- *4\. Stakeholder \& Client Engagement**
- Engage directly with project teams, leaders, and clients to shape and refine communication approaches.
- Actively participate in discussions, offering strong points of view and creative alternatives to improve message effectiveness.
- Enhance messaging effectiveness through thoughtful narrative design.
- *5\. Capability \& Practice Building**
- Stay current on trends in storytelling, internal communications, and change adoption.
- Contribute reusable assets, templates, and approaches to strengthen the overall change communications capability.
- *Desired Qualification \- Experience, Tools \& Domain Knowledge**
- Strong understanding of technology‑led transformation projects, including end\-to\-end process and system changes.
- Working knowledge of ERP and enterprise platforms such as SAP, Oracle, Workday, Salesforce, or equivalent systems.
- Proficiency in the MS Office suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel) for developing high‑impact leadership and Change communications.
- Basic working knowledge of digital learning and enablement tools such as Adobe Captivate, Articulate Storyline 360, SAP Enable Now, or similar platforms.
- 6\-9 years of relevant experience in Change communications, instructional design, digital content creation, or related corporate roles, preferably within large‑scale transformation environments.
- A strong portfolio of narrative‑led artefacts (campaigns, communications, learning content, scripts, or toolkits) demonstrating the ability to craft clear, creative, and impactful change communications.
