• *Your work profile**

• Lead executive compensation advisory engagements for CEOs, CXOs, senior management and other leadership roles across industries
• Design and evaluate long\-term incentive (LTI) programmes, including cash\- and equity\-based plans, aligned with business strategy, performance objectives and long\-term value creation
• Advise on Board and Non\-Executive Director compensation, including benchmarking of director fees, committee fees and other remuneration components, in line with market practices and applicable regulatory requirements.
• Conduct market research and analyse industry trends, peer\-group practices and emerging developments in executive remuneration to develop actionable client insights.
• Manage and Lead the Executive Performance and Rewards Survey
• Anticipate client needs and formulate solutions to client issues with appropriate guidance from the manager/director. Maintain and expand client relationships through delivery of high quality work.
• Identify and resolve issues critical to the clients’ strategic and operational success. Contribute to new business proposals and proposal development.
• Manage and seek own personal and professional development including expansion of consulting skills and experiences.
• Contribute to practice building and other internal practice initiatives – additional responsibilities.

• *Key skills required:**

• Strong experience in Executive Compensation \& Benefits program design / management, incentive design / management, Performance Management, etc
• Strong experience in designing Long\-Term Incentives. Comfortable in engaging senior executives in companies on project scoping and execution.
• 6\-8yrs of experience into similar skillset and preferrable with a consulting background. Very strong understanding of relevant laws and regulations pertaining to executive compensation and share based compensation
