Talent Acquisition Executive

• *Responsibilities:**

• Manage end\-to\-end recruitment for real estate and corporate roles.
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, and employee referrals.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews.
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and follow up with candidates.
• Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
• Ensure timely closure of open positions and support the onboarding process.

• *Requirements:**

• Experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong sourcing, screening, and coordination abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast\-paced environment and meet hiring deadlines.

Pay: ₹20,000\.00 \- ₹25,000\.00 per month
