Talent Acquisition Executive

• *Job Summary:** We are looking for a proactive and result\-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage the end\-to\-end recruitment process, from candidate sourcing to onboarding. The ideal candidate should have hands\-on experience using various job portals, including Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, Internshala, and other recruitment platforms.

The candidate will work closely with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements, identify suitable talent, and ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

• *Key Responsibilities:**

• Understand hiring requirements and prepare clear, engaging, and relevant job descriptions.
• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Internshala, and other job portals.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial screening calls, and shortlist suitable candidates.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
• Manage the offer process, salary negotiations, and candidate follow\-ups until joining.
• Maintain accurate candidate databases, recruitment trackers, and hiring reports using an ATS or Excel.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for recurring and future hiring requirements.
• Ensure timely communication and provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
• Manage multiple open positions simultaneously while meeting recruitment timelines and hiring targets.

• *Requirements:**

\- 2\-3 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment

\- Hands\-on experience with job portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and Internshala

\- Strong verbal and written communication skills

\- Good negotiation, follow\-up, and stakeholder management skills

\- Ability to handle multiple open positions and meet deadlines

• *Good to Have:**

\- Experience hiring for IT or non\-IT roles

\- Knowledge of boolean search and social media sourcing

\- Hands\-on exposure to the full hiring cycle

\- Growth opportunities within HR

• *Qualification:** Any graduate/MBA/PGDM in HR is a plus

• *Experience:** 2\-3 years of relevant experience

• *Working Days:**Monday\-Saturday
