Job Description

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and result\-oriented **TalentAcquisitionExecutive** to join our HR team on a 6\-month contractual basis. The incumbent will be responsible for managing the end\-to\-end recruitment process to support the organization's hiring needs across corporate offices, laboratories, diagnostic centres, and field operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • *Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.**

Understand hiring requirements and coordinate with hiring managers to close positions within defined timelines.

  • *Source candidates through job portals, social media platforms, employee referrals, consultancies, and other recruitment channels.**

Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews to assess candidate suitability.

  • *Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and candidates.**

Follow up with candidates throughout the selection process and ensure a positive candidate experience.

  • *Negotiate salary within approved budgets and manage offer rollouts.**

Coordinate pre\-joining formalities and ensure smooth onboarding of selected candidates.

  • *Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and MIS reports.**

Build and maintain a talent pipeline for recurring and critical positions.

  • *Ensure compliance with company recruitment policies and documentation standards.**

Qualifications

  • *Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or any related discipline.**

MBA/PGDM in Human Resources is preferred.

Experience

  • *1–3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment.**

Experience in healthcare, diagnostics, hospitals, or the pharmaceutical industry will be preferred.

  • *Experience handling volume hiring and multiple positions simultaneously is an advantage.**

Required Skills

  • *Strong sourcing and screening skills.**

Excellent verbal and written communication.

  • *Good interpersonal and stakeholder management abilities.**

Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Office, and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).

  • *Ability to work in a fast\-paced environment and meet hiring deadlines.**

Strong organizational and coordination skills.

Contract Duration

  • *6 Months (Contractual)**
  • *Preferred Candidate Profile**

Immediate joiners or candidates with a short notice period will be preferred.

  • *Self\-motivated, detail\-oriented, and capable of working independently.**

Comfortable handling recruitment for multiple business functions and locations.

Pay: Up to ₹18,000\.00 per month
