Talent Acquisition Executive

We are looking for an energetic, results\-driven **Talent Acquisition Executive** to join our team. In this role, you will lead end\-to\-end recruitment efforts, souring top\-tier technical and non\-technical talent to meet our expanding business needs.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Manage full\-cycle recruitment across technical and non\-technical roles.
• Utilize job portals (Naukri, Indeed), social media, and employee networks to proactively source active and passive talent.
• Review resumes, conduct initial phone/video screens, evaluate candidate suitability based on skills and cultural fit, and shortlist top candidates for interviews.
• Schedule and coordinate interview rounds with department heads and technical leads, ensuring seamless candidate scheduling and prompt feedback loop.
• Partner with team leads to define clear job requirements, refine job specs, and provide data\-driven recruitment updates.
• Negotiate salary packages, manage candidate notice periods, and facilitate pre\-onboarding documentation to ensure high joiner ratios.
• Maintain and update candidate pipelines and records.

• *Requirements \& Qualifications**

• 2–5 years of experience in talent acquisition or HR recruiting, ideally with exposure to Electronics Industry.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with strong negotiation and interpersonal capabilities.
• Ability to handle multiple open positions simultaneously in a fast\-paced, target\-driven environment.

Pay: ₹20,000\.00 \- ₹25,000\.00 per month
