Based in Pune, India and working alongside the Regional HR Manager, you will help drive HR functional expertise in Talent Acquisition both locally and in support of the wider global business. You will support in group\-wide HR initiatives and deploy talent acquisition strategies \& tools. You will interface with the HR team around the globe to support their TA needs for specialist and hard to fill roles.
Full cycle recruitment experience within an agency and/or in house.

Manage end\-to\-end Talent Acquisition: sourcing, screening, interviews, assessments, stakeholder approvals, and pre\-boarding.
Represent the company at approved recruitment events.
Lead sourcing initiatives and location\-based projects.
Collaborate with HR and Operations to improve hire quality and retention.
Support the implementation of and manage the ATS.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand the key business and cultural fit needs for vacant roles.
Recommend process improvements aligned with business needs. Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders.
Prepare recruitment reports to support strategy development.
Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in human resources management or similar field
Relevant certifications in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, or HR Systems/ATS platforms would be beneficial.
Strong understanding of end\-to\-end recruitment processes and contemporary talent acquisition practices.
Proven ability to source candidates through multiple channels, including digital platforms, social media, networking, and direct sourcing techniques.
Good knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment analytics/reporting tools.
Ability to manage multiple hiring requirements simultaneously within a fast\-paced and dynamic environment.
Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to build effective working relationships across functions and geographies.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, negotiation, and influencing skills.
High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for assigned positions across functions and geographies.
Ensure timely closure of positions while maintaining quality\-of\-hire standards.
Drive sourcing strategies using digital platforms, social media, networking, referrals, and market mapping techniques.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Maintain accurate recruitment data, reports, and hiring metrics through the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Ensure compliance with recruitment processes, policies, and governance standards.
