Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and result\-oriented **Talent Acquisition Executive** to join our recruitment team. The ideal candidate should have experience in end\-to\-end IT recruitment, sourcing quality candidates, coordinating interviews, and ensuring a smooth hiring process.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
• Understand hiring requirements and collaborate with hiring managers.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, and other job portals.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
• Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and interview panels.
• Negotiate salary and manage the offer process.
• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Required Skills

• 2–5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition/IT Recruitment.
• Experience in **bulk hiring** and managing multiple open positions simultaneously.
• Ability to **work independently** with minimal supervision while meeting hiring targets.
• Strong sourcing and screening skills.
• Hands\-on experience with LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, and other sourcing platforms.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet recruitment deadlines.
• Familiarity with ATS is an added advantage.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• Experience hiring for IT roles such as Developers, QA, UI/UX, Business Analysts, Project Managers, DevOps Engineers, and other technical positions.
