Talent Acquisition Executive

Job Title: Talent Acquisition ExecutiveSummaryWe are seeking a dynamic and motivated Talent Acquisition Executive with 1\-4 years of experience to join our People \& Culture department. The ideal candidate will play a key role in identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent to support our company’s growth and culture. This role requires excellent communication skills, a proactive approach, and a passion for building strong relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage end\-to\-end recruitment processes including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline through various sourcing channels including job portals, social media, and networking events.
• Conduct candidate assessments and coordinate interview schedules.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Maintain accurate recruitment data and generate reports for management.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
• Support employer branding initiatives to attract high\-quality candidates.
• Assist in organizing recruitment drives and campus hiring events.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of recruitment processes and policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 1\-4 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably within People \& Culture teams.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast\-paced environment.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Knowledge of labor laws and employment regulations is a plus.

Pay: ₹25,000\.00 \- ₹30,000\.00 per month
