Job Summary
We are looking for enthusiastic, confident, and result\-oriented candidates for the position of Recruiter – Hospitality at Hawk Hospitality Corporate Office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling end\-to\-end recruitment processes, sourcing candidates, coordinating interviews, maintaining recruitment databases, and supporting manpower requirements across hotel operations and corporate departments.
Candidates with experience in Hospitality Recruitment, HR, Talent Acquisition, or Consultancy will be preferred.
Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment \& Talent Acquisition
- Handle end\-to\-end recruitment for hotel and corporate positions.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, and recruitment drives.
- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates based on job requirements.
- Coordinate interviews with department heads and management.
- Ensure timely closure of vacancies and maintain recruitment trackers.
- Conduct initial HR screening and candidate evaluations.
Candidate Coordination
- Schedule interviews and follow up with candidates regularly.
- Maintain professional communication with applicants and department teams.
- Coordinate joining formalities and onboarding processes.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment records.
HR Support \& Operations
- Support HR team in manpower planning and staffing requirements.
- Assist with employee documentation and onboarding formalities.
- Maintain recruitment MIS reports and hiring status updates.
- Coordinate with operational departments for workforce requirements.
Employer Branding \& Hiring Support
- Post job vacancies on recruitment platforms and social media.
- Participate in job fairs, campus recruitment drives, and hiring campaigns.
- Promote the company’s work culture and career opportunities professionally.
Requirements
- Minimum Degree / MBA in HR preferred.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Previous experience in Hospitality Recruitment or HR is an added advantage.
- Good communication skills in English, Malayalam, and Hindi preferred.
- Basic computer knowledge and MS Office skills required.
- Strong interpersonal and coordination abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet hiring deadlines.
