• *Shift Time:** 7:00 am to 4:00 pm

• *Job Summary**

We are looking for a motivated and energetic Junior Recruiter with **1–2 years of hands\-on experience** in end\-to\-end recruitment. The candidate should have experience in sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and closing positions across various domains.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Handle end\-to\-end recruitment process for assigned positions
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, references, and social media
• Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates
• Conduct initial HR screening calls
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and candidates
• Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process
• Maintain candidate database and recruitment trackers
• Manage offer roll\-out and on boarding coordination
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for future hiring needs

• *Required Skills**

• Good understanding of recruitment and hiring processes
• Experience using job portals like Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast\-paced environment
• Good negotiation and coordination skills
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and recruitment reporting

• *Eligibility Criteria**

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• 1–2 years of experience in pure recruitment / talent acquisition

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Ability to handle multiple requirements simultaneously

Job Types: Full\-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹350,000\.00 per year
