Talent Acquisition Executive

• *Role: Talent Acquisition Executive**

• *Total Experience: 3\-4 Years**

• *Shift Time: 10 am \- 7 pm**

• *Work Location: Vasai (W)**

• *Joining: Immediate to 15 Days**

• *Key Responsibilities:**

• Handle the complete recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to selection, offer negotiation, and onboarding coordination.
• Source qualified candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and prepare relevant job descriptions.
• Conduct initial HR screening to evaluate candidates' communication skills, experience, salary expectations, and notice periods.
• Maintain and update recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and hiring reports.
• Plan and coordinate employee engagement activities, team\-building initiatives, festival celebrations, and internal events to promote a positive work culture.
• Maintain recruitment MIS reports, track hiring progress, and update recruitment scorecards to monitor key recruitment metrics and performance.

• *Required Skills \& Qualifications:**

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3–4 years of proven experience in Talent Acquisition, preferably in IT recruitment.
• Strong knowledge of end\-to\-end recruitment processes.
• Hands\-on experience with Naukri Recruiter, LinkedIn, and other sourcing platforms.
• Good understanding of IT roles, technical skill sets, and recruitment terminology.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple hiring requirements simultaneously

Pay: ₹300,000\.00 \- ₹500,000\.00 per year
