Assist the TA team in end\-to\-end recruitment for sales, operations, product, and educator roles. Gain hands\-on experience in high\-volume edtech hiring, from sourcing to onboarding, while advancing our mission to transform education worldwide.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Source candidates via LinkedIn, Naukri, and campus networks for bulk campaigns.
• Screen resumes, schedule interviews, and manage candidate coordination using Google Sheets and Microsoft Forms.
• Contribute to employer branding through LinkedIn posts and job content.
• Track metrics, update ATS, and support 100\+ monthly hires.
• Help optimize interview processes and candidate experience.

• *Qualifications \& Skills**

• Current student/recent grad in HR, Business, or related (0\-1 year exp).
• Excellent communication, organization; Excel/Google Sheets proficiency.
• Passion for edtech/startups; LinkedIn Recruiter familiarity a plus.
