Talent Acquisition Intern / Executive – IT Recruitment

About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and detail\-oriented Talent Acquisition Intern/Executive with experience in IT recruitment. The ideal candidate will support end\-to\-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and maintaining candidate pipelines for technical positions.
Key Responsibilities
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media platforms, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
- Conduct initial HR screening calls to assess candidate suitability.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain and update candidate databases and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Build and manage a strong pipeline of IT professionals for current and future hiring needs.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Prepare recruitment reports and track hiring metrics.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience during the hiring process.
- Support employer branding and talent attraction initiatives.
Required Skills \& Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (completed or pursuing) in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3 months to 1 year of experience in IT recruitment/talent acquisition.
- Understanding of IT technologies, roles, and recruitment terminology.
- Experience using job portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good organizational and time\-management abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and recruitment tools.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Pay: ₹8,000\.00 \- ₹10,000\.00 per month
