About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Talent Acquisition Intern to join our HR team for a 6\-month

internship. The candidate will support the recruitment process, including candidate sourcing, resume screening,

interview coordination, and maintaining recruitment records. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to

build a career in Human Resources and gain hands\-on experience in talent acquisition.

Key Responsibilities

• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, and other recruitment platforms.
• Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
• Contact candidates to discuss job openings, experience, salary expectations, and availability.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain candidate databases and update recruitment trackers.
• Follow up with candidates regarding interview feedback and selection status.
• Assist the HR team with recruitment reports and daily hiring activities.

Eligibility Criteria

• Graduate or pursuing graduation in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets.
• Willingness to learn recruitment processes and work in a team.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain accurate records.
