About the Role

Karnex Software Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Talent Acquisition Intern to support our recruitment team. This internship offers hands\-on experience in the end\-to\-end recruitment process, candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and talent engagement.

Key Responsibilities

\- Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other recruitment channels.

\- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.

\- Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.

\- Communicate with candidates regarding interview schedules, feedback, and hiring updates.

\- Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.

\- Support the recruitment team in managing walk\-in drives and bulk hiring activities.

\- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.

\- Assist with recruitment reports, documentation, and other talent acquisition activities.

Requirements

\- Bachelor's degree or currently pursuing a degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.

\- Strong verbal and written communication skills.

\- Good interpersonal and coordination skills.

\- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.

\- Ability to multitask and manage deadlines effectively.

\- Willingness to learn and work in a fast\-paced recruitment environment.

\- Proactive attitude with strong organizational skills.
