• **Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on technical requirements**
• **Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and clients**
• **Maintain candidate pipelines and recruitment trackers**
• **Support internship and fresher hiring drives**
• **Build talent pools for AI, GIS, Cybersecurity, ERP, and Software roles**
• **Assist in employer branding and recruitment campaigns**
• **Use ATS/recruitment tools for candidate management**
• **Conduct basic market and salary research**
• **Support contract staffing and enterprise hiring initiatives**
