Job Summary

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Intern to support the recruitment team in sourcing candidates, screening resumes, coordinating interviews, and maintaining recruitment records. This internship provides hands\-on exposure to end\-to\-end recruitment.

Key Responsibilities

• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and social media.
• Screen resumes based on job requirements.
• Coordinate interview schedules with candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Assist with onboarding documentation and recruitment activities.
• Support employer branding initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (Final Year) or recent graduate in any discipline.
• Freshers are welcome to apply.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and organizational abilities.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and recruitment platforms is preferred.

Pay: ₹5,000\.00 \- ₹10,000\.00 per month
