• *Role Overview:\-**

We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Talent Acquisition Intern to support our HR team in recruitment activities. The intern will gain hands\-on experience in candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and other talent acquisition processes.

• *Key Responsibilities:\-**

• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, and other platforms.
• Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
• Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
• Communicate with candidates and follow up on interview feedback.
• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
• Assist with job postings and other recruitment\-related activities.

• *Required Skills:\-**

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic understanding of recruitment and HR processes.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and basic computer applications.
• Strong coordination, organizational, and follow\-up skills.
• Willingness to learn and work in a fast\-paced environment.

• *Qualifications:\-**

• MBA/PGDM in Human Resource is preferred.
