As the Talent Acquisition Lead, you will drive end\-to\-end recruitment operations with a strong focus on teacher hiring while leading a high\-performing recruitment team. You will be responsible for developing sourcing strategies, optimizing hiring processes, improving recruitment metrics, and ensuring quality talent acquisition across multiple mandates.
This is a hands\-on leadership role requiring both strategic thinking and execution excellence.
✔ Lead, mentor, and manage a team of 4–6 recruiters.
✔ Drive large\-scale teacher hiring across multiple requirements and locations.
✔ Build and strengthen sourcing channels through job portals, social media, referrals, and networking.
✔ Monitor recruitment KPIs, funnel conversions, and turnaround times.
✔ Partner closely with business leaders and stakeholders to understand hiring priorities.
✔ Develop recruitment strategies that improve quality\-of\-hire and hiring efficiency.
✔ Ensure an exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring journey.
✔ Create scalable hiring processes and best practices for long\-term growth.
✅ 4–5 years of recruitment experience.
✅ Proven experience in Teacher Hiring / Education Recruitment.
✅ Prior experience leading or mentoring recruitment teams.
✅ Strong understanding of recruitment funnels, sourcing strategies, and hiring metrics.
✅ Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
✅ Ability to manage multiple hiring mandates simultaneously.
