Talent Acquisition Lead / Specialist for university

A leading education group with multiple brands across K\-12 Schools and PU/Junior Colleges is looking for a dynamic Talent Acquisition professional to join its HR COE team.

The role will be responsible for end\-to\-end recruitment across academic and non\-academic functions, stakeholder management, and driving quality hiring within defined timelines.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Manage end\-to\-end recruitment for business and corporate roles.
• Partner with hiring managers and HRBPs to understand hiring requirements.
• Drive sourcing, screening, coordination, offer management, and onboarding.
• Handle multiple positions and ensure closure within timelines.
• Build talent pipelines through various sourcing channels.
• Ensure strong candidate experience and stakeholder engagement.
• Support hiring dashboards, recruitment MIS, and process improvements.

• *Desired Profile**

• Strong experience in Talent Acquisition/recruitment.
• Exposure to hiring in education or similar people\-intensive industries preferred.
• Agency and/or corporate/client\-side hiring experience acceptable.
• Strong stakeholder management and coordination skills.
• Ability to manage hiring volumes in a fast\-paced environment.
• Good communication and influencing capabilities.

Pay: ₹800,000\.00 \- ₹1,300,000\.00 per year
