• **Lead Recruitment Strategy:** Develop and execute comprehensive recruitment strategies to attract, hire, and onboard top talent across the organization.
• **Recruit \& Manage:** Oversee the full recruitment life cycle, from sourcing and interviewing to offer negotiation and pre\-boarding.
• **Prevent Infant Attrition:** Proactively identify and address the root causes of early employee turnover. Develop and implement strategies to improve the candidate experience and ensure a seamless, engaging onboarding process.
• **Team Leadership:** Lead and mentor a team of recruiters, fostering a high\-performance culture and ensuring recruitment goals are met.
• **Stakeholder Management:** Partner with business leaders and hiring managers to understand their talent needs and provide strategic guidance.
• **Metrics \& Reporting:** Track key recruitment metrics, including infant attrition rates, time\-to\-fill, and cost\-per\-hire. Use data to optimize processes and report on progress.
• **Brand Ambassador:** Drive employer branding initiatives to position the company as an employer of choice.
