As the Talent Acquisition Lead for Maersk Contract Logistics (MCL) across IMEA (India, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, Middle East, and Africa), you will play a critical role in enabling business growth through strategic workforce planning and best\-in\-class hiring delivery.
Reporting to the Regional Head of Talent Attraction \& Acquisition, you will be responsible for leading end\-to\-end recruitment strategy, ensuring timely hiring delivery, building future\-ready talent pipelines, and driving excellence in stakeholder experience across the region.

- Lead, coach, and develop a high\-performing Talent Acquisition team across IMEA
- Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement
- *Strategic Talent Delivery**
- Own and drive end\-to\-end recruitment delivery aligned with business growth plans
- Translate workforce strategy into actionable hiring plans in partnership with HR and business leaders
- Build proactive talent pipelines for critical roles across operations and site leadership
- *Stakeholder Management**
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior business leaders, HRBPs, and People Partners
- Drive structured intake and strong governance across hiring processes
- Navigate and manage complex stakeholder environments across geographies
- *Process Excellence \& Governance**
- Standardise and optimise recruitment processes ensuring consistency and compliance
- Drive adoption of structured hiring practices (intake forms, forecasting, approvals)
- Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities
- Track, analyse, and report hiring metrics to drive informed decision\-making
- Provide talent market insights and intelligence to business leaders
- Ensure high standards of data accuracy and reporting governance

- *Who We Are Looking For**

- Proven experience in leading Talent Acquisition teams in a complex, multi\-country environment
- Strong expertise in end\-to\-end recruitment, preferably within logistics, supply chain, or related industries
- Demonstrated ability to influence and partner with senior stakeholders
- Data\-driven mindset with strong focus on metrics, insights, and reporting
- Experience in workforce planning, proactive pipelining, and high\-volume hiring
- Structured approach with strong focus on process governance and standardisation
- Agile, proactive, and solution\-oriented mindset
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to operate effectively in a fast\-paced, matrixed, and global environment
- *Domain Expertise \& Mobility Requirements**

- Strong understanding and hands\-on experience within the Contract Logistics domain
- Proven experience hiring for warehouse, distribution, and site leadership roles
- Willingness to travel frequently to warehouses and operational sites across IMEA
- Comfortable operating from warehouse locations when required
- Practical understanding of on\-ground operational challenges
