Talent Acquisition Manager

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Manage the **complete recruitment lifecycle** including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of candidates.
• Handle **technical and non\-technical hiring** across multiple departments.
• Develop and implement **effective talent acquisition strategies** to attract high\-quality candidates.
• Lead, mentor, and manage the **recruitment team** to ensure hiring targets and timelines are achieved.
• Collaborate closely with **department heads and hiring managers** to understand workforce requirements.
• Utilize multiple **sourcing channels** including job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, and networking.
• Ensure a **positive candidate experience** throughout the hiring process.
• Maintain and track recruitment metrics such as **time\-to\-hire, cost\-per\-hire, and hiring quality**.
• Build and maintain a strong **talent pipeline** for future hiring needs.
• Ensure recruitment processes comply with **company policies and HR best practices**.

• *Required Skills \& Qualifications\-**

• Minimum 8 **years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment**.
• Proven experience in **both Technical and Non\-Technical hiring**.
• Prior **team handling / recruitment team management** experience.
• Strong **communication and interpersonal skills**.
• Ability to work in a **fast\-paced and target\-driven environment**.
• Good knowledge of **recruitment tools, ATS systems, and job portals**.
• Strong **stakeholder management and decision\-making skills**.

Pay: ₹50,000\.00 \- ₹60,000\.00 per month
