- *Roles and responsibilities**
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from requisition intake, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management, and onboarding coordination to ensure timely and quality hiring.
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements, define role expectations, establish hiring timelines, provide market insights, and drive effective hiring decisions.
- Source and attract top talent through job portals, professional networks, social media platforms, employee referrals, talent databases, and proactive talent mapping strategies.
- Screen and evaluate candidates' qualifications, skills, experience, and cultural fit through structured assessment and interview processes. Coordinate and facilitate interview processes, ensuring seamless communication between candidates, interview panels, and hiring managers while delivering an exceptional candidate experience.
- Develop, maintain, and continuously improve job descriptions, hiring processes, employer branding initiatives, and recruitment strategies aligned with business and talent market trends.
- Track recruitment metrics, maintain accurate hiring documentation, generate recruitment reports, and provide data\-driven insights to stakeholders for continuous process improvement.
- Build strong talent pipelines, support diversity and inclusion initiatives, and contribute to creating a high\-performance workplace that positions the organization as an employer of choice.
- *Skills and Qualification**
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant discipline.
- 1–4 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, or Human Resources.
- Experience managing end\-to\-end recruitment and selection processes.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, stakeholder management, and relationship\-building skills.
- Good analytical, decision\-making, and problem\-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple hiring requirements in a fast\-paced environment.
- Proactive, detail\-oriented, and committed to delivering an excellent candidate experience.
- Working knowledge of ATS, HR databases, recruitment platforms, and sourcing tools. Will be an added advantage.
Pay: Up to ₹950,000\.00 per year
