We are hiring a Talent Acquisition Specialist for a leading Asset Management Company (AMC) in Mumbai.
Location: Goregaon, Mumbai
Experience: 2\+ Years
Industry Preference: Non\-IT, BFSI, Mutual Funds, NBFCs, BPO
Key Responsibilities
\- End\-to\-end recruitment and talent acquisition
\- Bulk hiring and high\-volume recruitment
\- Sourcing, screening and shortlisting candidates
\- Coordinating interviews and managing the hiring process
\- Ensuring timely closures for multiple positions
\- Strong candidate engagement and stakeholder coordination
Requirements
\- Minimum 2 years of recruitment experience
\- Experience in bulk hiring is preferred
\- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
\- Strong sourcing, screening and coordination skills
\- Candidates from Non\-IT, BFSI, Mutual Fund, NBFC or BPO industries preferred
