About the Role

Transitials is looking for a proactive Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage end\-to\-end recruitment across consulting and technology engagements, including contract staffing and resource deployment. The role involves understanding client requirements, sourcing relevant talent, coordinating selections, and ensuring timely onboarding and deployment.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand client requirements, skill specifications, experience, budgets, and deployment timelines.
• Source and screen candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and professional networks.
• Manage recruitment across technology and consulting roles, including Oracle Fusion HCM, ERP, and other specialized skills.
• Coordinate profile submissions, interviews, client feedback, negotiations, offers, and joining.
• Maintain a ready talent pipeline for current and recurring requirements.
• Track open positions, candidate progress, closures, and joining status through structured recruitment trackers.
• Coordinate with Business Development and Operations teams to ensure timely resource deployment and contract extensions, where applicable.
• Maintain regular candidate engagement and minimize dropouts through effective follow\-ups.

What We’re Looking For

• 2–5 years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in consulting, technology services, or contract staffing.
• Exposure to technical recruitment and resource deployment is preferred.
• Strong sourcing, screening, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple requirements and work within tight timelines.
• Strong ownership, follow\-up discipline, and pipeline management skills.

Success Measures

Quality of candidate submissions, recruitment turnaround time, interview\-to\-selection conversion, successful joining, and effective management of the recruitment pipeline.

Pay: ₹25,000\.00 \- ₹30,000\.00 per month
