• *Job Description:**

We are looking for an enthusiastic IT / Non\-IT Recruiter to join our team.

• *Responsibilities:**

• Source candidates through Indeed, Naukri, LinkedIn, and other job portals.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial screening interviews.
• Coordinate during interview interview process with clients and candidates.
• Follow up with candidates regarding selection, offer letters, joining \& retention.
• Achieve recruitment targets and maintain candidates record.

• *What we’re looking for:**

• 60% IT \& 40% Non\-IT recruitment experience
• Strong experience in Mid to Senior \& Leadership hiring
• Recruitment consultancy/search firm experience is mandatory
• Immediate joiners preferred
• Client handling experience will be a plus
• Gulf/GCC hiring experience will be an added advantage
• Exposure to AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Metaview, etc. is preferred
• Strong sourcing, stakeholder management \& closure skills

• *Requirements:**

• MBA or Graduate in any related discipline.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experienced in IT \& Non IT.
• Experienced with Naukri \& linkdin

Pay: ₹20,000\.00 \- ₹35,000\.00 per month
