We are seeking a dynamic Talent Acquisition professional with 5\-8 years' experience. The role involves managing end\-to\-end recruitment processes, building strong talent pipelines, and partnering with business leaders to attract and retain top talent.
- **End\-to\-End Recruitment:** Manage the full recruitment cycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- **Industry\-Specific Hiring:** Focus on roles across real estate functions such as project management, construction, sales, leasing, and corporate support.
- **Talent Pipeline Development:** Build and maintain a strong network of candidates through proactive sourcing strategies.
- **Stakeholder Management:** Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and deliver timely recruitment solutions.
- **Employer Branding:** Promote the company’s brand in the real estate talent market through campus drives, job fairs, and digital platforms.
- **Compliance:** Ensure recruitment practices align with labor laws and organizational policies.
- **Data \& Reporting:** Track recruitment metrics (time\-to\-fill, cost\-per\-hire, quality of hire) and provide insights to leadership.

- *Qualifications*** Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred).
- 6\-10 years of experience in talent acquisition, with at least 3–5 years in the real estate and/or construction sector.
- Strong knowledge of real estate roles and industry dynamics.
- Proficiency in ATS/HRIS systems and sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Indeed, etc.).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions and deliver under tight timelines.
- Strong understanding of compensation structures and market benchmarking.
- Ability to drive diversity and inclusion initiatives in hiring.
