Job Responsibilities

• Manage the end\-to\-end recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding.
• Identify and attract potential candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and other recruitment channels.
• Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates based on job requirements.
• Conduct initial telephonic interviews and assess candidates' communication skills and suitability.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Maintain candidate databases and update recruitment trackers.
• Negotiate salary packages and discuss joining dates with selected candidates.
• Ensure timely closure of open positions.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring requirements.

Pay: ₹25,000\.00 \- ₹40,000\.00 per month
