Location: Salt Lake, Kolkata

We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Executive to join our HR team.

Experience: 2–3 Years (Non\-IT Recruitment Only)

Salary: Up to ₹25,000 in\-hand \+ PF \+ Mediclaim

Working Days: 5 Days \+ Alternate Saturdays

Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM

• *Job Responsibilities:**

• Handle end\-to\-end Non\-IT recruitment.
• Manage bulk hiring across multiple roles.
• Source, screen, and schedule candidates.
• Coordinate interviews and ensure smooth onboarding.
• Maintain recruitment trackers and achieve monthly hiring targets.

• *Eligibility Criteria:**

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Non\-IT hiring.
• Must be comfortable with bulk hiring.
• Should have a proven track record of delivering at least 15 candidate joinings per month.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Immediate joiners preferred.
• Only Kolkata\-based candidates will be considered.
• IT recruiters are not eligible for this role.
