Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior Recruiter with 4\+ years of expertise in Non\-IT recruitment to manage end\-to\-end hiring for healthcare, corporate, and operational roles. The ideal candidate should have strong sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and candidate management skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end\-to\-end Non\-IT recruitment, from sourcing to onboarding.
• Handle recruitment for healthcare professionals, doctors, dentists, call center executives, front\-office staff, and corporate positions.
• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial HR discussions, and evaluate candidate suitability.
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and department heads.
• Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and daily hiring reports.
• Ensure timely closure of vacancies and achievement of recruitment targets.
• Negotiate salary expectations and manage offer releases and follow\-ups.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring requirements.
• Follow up with selected candidates until joining and reduce offer dropouts.

Required Skills

• Strong expertise in Non\-IT recruitment and talent acquisition.
• Excellent sourcing, screening, and negotiation skills.
• Experience using Naukri, LinkedIn, and other job portals.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple vacancies and meet hiring deadlines.
• Good knowledge of recruitment metrics, MIS reporting, and candidate management.

Eligibility Criteria

• Any graduate or postgraduate qualification in HR or a related field.
• Minimum 4 years of relevant Non\-IT recruitment experience.
• Experience in bulk hiring, healthcare recruitment, or corporate hiring is preferred.
• Immediate joiners or candidates with a short notice period are preferred.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

• Monthly vacancy closure targets.
• Time\-to\-hire and quality of hire.
• Interview\-to\-selection and offer\-to\-joining ratios.
• Candidate follow\-up and joining conversion rates.
• Hiring manager satisfaction and recruitment reporting accuracy.
