Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and proactive **Pharma Recruiter** to manage end\-to\-end recruitment activities for our pharmaceutical organization. The ideal candidate should have hands\-on experience in sourcing and hiring candidates across **QA, QC, Production, R\&D, Regulatory Affairs, Sales \& Marketing, and corporate functions**.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the **end\-to\-end recruitment process**, from sourcing to joining.
• Source candidates through **Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, consultants, job portals, and walk\-ins**.
• Screen CVs and conduct initial telephonic/virtual interviews.
• Coordinate interview schedules with candidates and respective HODs.
• Handle recruitment for **pharma manufacturing and corporate positions**.
• Maintain and regularly update the candidate database and recruitment tracker.
• Follow up with selected candidates until their date of joining.
• Coordinate offer letters, documentation, and pre\-joining formalities.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future requirements.
• Coordinate with HODs to understand manpower requirements and job specifications.
• Prepare recruitment reports and provide regular hiring updates to management.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle multiple vacancies simultaneously.
• Proficiency in **Naukri, LinkedIn, MS Excel, and recruitment trackers**.
• Good negotiation and candidate follow\-up skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet recruitment timelines.

Qualification

• *MBA/PGDM in HR or any relevant qualification** preferred.

Preferred Experience

Candidates with prior experience in **pharmaceutical/healthcare recruitment** will be preferred.

Pay: ₹30,000\.00 \- ₹45,000\.00 per month
