We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist who can go beyond routine recruitment and help us attract the right people for technical, manufacturing, sales, and corporate roles.
\- Finding quality talent through LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, referrals, databases, and headhunting
\- Understanding technical and manufacturing hiring requirements
\- Screening candidates for skill, attitude, culture fit, and long\-term potential
\- Coordinating smoothly with HODs, interview panels, and candidates
\- Building strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
\- Maintaining recruitment trackers, reports, and hiring data with accuracy
\- Creating a positive and professional candidate experience
\- Strong communication skills
\- Ownership and accountability
\- Learning mindset
\- Persistence in follow\-up
\- Good Excel / recruitment tracker management skills
\- Interest in technical and manufacturing hiring
\- Ability to understand people beyond just their CV
