• *Job Title:** Talent Acquisition Specialist / Recruiter

• *Job Summary:**

We are looking for a proactive Talent Acquisition Specialist / Recruiter to manage the end\-to\-end recruitment process. The ideal candidate will source, screen, and hire qualified candidates while delivering a positive candidate experience and partnering with hiring managers to meet hiring goals.

• *Key Responsibilities:**

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
• Understand hiring requirements and create effective recruitment strategies.
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
• Coordinate technical interviews with hiring managers.
• Schedule interviews and maintain candidate communication.
• Negotiate salary offers and manage offer rollouts.
• Track recruitment metrics and maintain ATS/database records.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

• *Required Skills:**

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with sourcing platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Indeed, etc.
• Knowledge of recruitment processes and interview techniques.
• Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously.
• Negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and MS Office/Google Workspace.

• *Qualifications:**

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1–5\+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment (depending on the role level).

Pay: ₹10,000\.00 \- ₹22,000\.00 per month
