Talent Development & Performance Head

We are seeking a strategic and performance\-driven Talent Development \& Performance Head to build a high\-performance culture across the organization.

This role will lead talent acquisition, performance management systems, leadership development, productivity enhancement, employee capability building, and organizational growth initiatives across multiple business verticals.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• *Talent Acquisition \& Workforce Planning**

• Lead recruitment strategy across departments
• Build hiring pipelines and talent sourcing systems
• Improve hiring quality and recruitment efficiency
• Develop employer branding initiatives
• Partner with department heads for manpower planning

• *Performance Management Systems**

• Design KPI and performance tracking frameworks
• Implement appraisal and review systems
• Monitor department productivity and accountability
• Drive performance improvement initiatives
• Build performance dashboards and reporting systems

• *Leadership \& Capability Development**

• Identify leadership gaps within teams
• Design leadership training programs
• Develop second\-line managers and team leads
• Support succession planning initiatives
• Build learning and development frameworks

• *Organizational Development**

• Improve organizational structure and efficiency
• Develop role clarity and accountability systems
• Create SOP\-based performance workflows
• Enhance cross\-functional collaboration structures

• *Culture \& Employee Growth**

• Drive high\-performance culture initiatives
• Conduct employee engagement initiatives strategically
• Build recognition and growth programs
• Improve employee ownership and accountability mindset

• *Talent Analytics \& Strategic HR**

• Track hiring quality and productivity metrics
• Analyze organizational performance trends
• Support management with workforce insights
• Recommend strategic people decisions

Pay: ₹50,000\.00 \- ₹200,000\.00 per month
