Lead strategy, governance, and delivery of Talent Management, Learning Operations, and People Analytics across North America, ensuring alignment to business priorities, operational excellence, and data\-driven decision making.

Key Responsibilities
- Strong business acumen and the ability to connect business and workforce strategy to create and execute workforce analytics strategies, including technology enablers and automation across the employee lifecycle.
- Lead and develop a team across Talent Management, Learning Administration, and People Analytics.
- Oversee Learning Operations governance, including LMS processes, compliance, and vendor management.
- Drive development and standardization of HR KPIs, dashboards, and reporting solutions.
- Ensure alignment with global HR strategies and implementation of global processes and systems.
- Act as advisor to HR leadership on talent trends and workforce insights.
- Lead budget planning and tracking across programs and vendors.
- Drive continuous improvement and innovation using data and benchmarking.
- Ensure data governance, compliance, and information security standards are upheld.
Minimum Qualifications
- Degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or related field
- 8\+ years in HR, Talent, Learning, or People Analytics, with leadership experience..
- Strong analytical, problem\-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a multicultural, fast\-paced global environment
- High attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy
