Job Title: Talent Management Manager Location: Delhi NCR Industry: FMCG Experience: 5–10 Years CTC: Up to ₹18 LPA Joining: Immediate Joiners Preferred Education: Tier\-1 Institute Preferred Key Responsibilities: • Drive Hi\-Potential (HiPo) talent identification through assessment and development centers. • Manage talent pools using 9\-box grid methodology. • Design and implement learning journeys and Individual Development Plans (IDPs). • Build leadership pipelines through succession planning initiatives. • Foster internal mobility and career progression programs. • Design strategic talent management solutions aligned with business objectives. • Manage enterprise\-wide performance management processes including goal setting, mid\-year reviews, annual appraisals, and PIPs. • Lead employee engagement surveys and execute action plans. • Utilize talent analytics and workforce analytics to drive business decisions. Requirements: • 5\+ years of core Talent Management experience. • FMCG industry experience is mandatory. • Strong experience in succession planning, talent reviews, performance management, and talent analytics.
Pay: ₹1,500,000\.00 \- ₹1,800,000\.00 per year
