• *About the role:**

We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated freshers who are passionate about recruitment and people management. As a Recruitment Consultant, you will play an important role in identifying, attracting, and hiring talented individuals across various departments. This is an excellent opportunity to build a career in Talent Acquisition while learning recruitment strategies, sourcing techniques, stakeholder management, and hiring best practices.

• *Specifically, this role will involve:**

• Assisting in end\-to\-end recruitment for various open positions.
• Sourcing candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
• Screening resumes and conducting initial HR interviews.
• Scheduling interviews and coordinating with hiring managers.
• Building and maintaining a strong talent pipeline for future hiring requirements.
• Following up with candidates regarding interview feedback, documentation, and offer processes.
• Representing the Noguilt during campus recruitment drives and hiring events.
• Working closely with the HR team to achieve hiring targets within timelines.
• Eagerness to build a long\-term career in Corporate Recruitment.
• Confident personality with strong presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to confidently represent Noguilt during campus drives, career fairs, and other recruitment events.

• *An ideal candidate will have:**

• Strong interest in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, or Human Resources.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Good interpersonal and relationship\-building abilities.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast\-paced environment.
• Basic understanding of recruitment processes is an added advantage.

• *Qualifications:**

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA or Master’s degree preferred)

Pay: ₹15,000\.00 \- ₹18,000\.00 per month
