Tally Support & Sales Executive

• *Description:**

We are looking for a smart, motivated, and customer\-focused individual to join our team as a Tally Support \& Sales Executive.

The primary role is to provide support to existing Tally customers by resolving day\-to\-day issues and coordinating with Tally support whenever required. The candidate will also build relationships with business owners, Chartered Accountants, and organizations to generate business opportunities.

• *Key Responsibilities:**

• Provide support to Tally users through phone, remote access, and client visits.
• Troubleshoot common Tally issues such as:
• Reports not generating
• Data synchronization issues
• Tally performance or hanging issues
• Excel import/export and mapping issues
• TDL installation and configuration
• Printing and voucher\-related issues
• User access and configuration issues
• Coordinate with Tally Care and technical teams for issue resolution.
• Train customers on basic Tally features and best practices.
• Build strong relationships with existing customers.
• Identify upselling opportunities for Tally licenses, renewals, cloud services, and add\-ons.
• Visit clients whenever required for support or business discussions.

• *Skills Required:**

• Good knowledge of Tally Accounting Software (preferred).
• Basic understanding of accounting, GST, and business processes.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem\-solving skills.
• Good communication skills in Gujarati, Hindi, and English.
• Customer\-friendly attitude and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work independently and manage client relationships.

• *Qualification:**

• B.Com, BBA, BCA, M.Com, or equivalent.
• Tally knowledge or certification preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000\.00 \- ₹35,000\.00 per month
