We are looking for a Tamil Voice Process Executive to handle customer collection calls and payment follow\-ups.
- Contact customers regarding pending payments.
- Explain outstanding dues and payment options.
- Follow up with customers through outbound calls.
- Maintain call records and update customer information.
- Resolve basic customer queries related to payments.

Achieve daily and monthly collection targets.
Ensure professional and courteous communication.- Good communication skills in Tamil.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and computer operations.
- Ability to handle customer conversations confidently.
