• *About the Role**

We are looking for a proactive and client\-focused **TDL Deployment Executive** to manage requirement gathering, coordination, deployment, and implementation of TDL customizations and third\-party API integrations in Tally. The role requires strong communication skills and the ability to bridge business requirements with technical execution.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Understand client business processes and gather customization requirements in Tally.
• Document and communicate requirements effectively to the internal technical/development team.
• Coordinate with developers for TDL design, customization, testing, and deployment.
• Act as the primary point of contact between clients and internal stakeholders.
• Ensure timely execution and successful delivery of projects.
• Conduct client meetings, requirement discussions, and regular follow\-ups.
• Assist in testing, validation, and issue resolution during deployment.
• Provide basic user training and post\-implementation support.
• Monitor project progress and maintain project documentation and status reports.
• Coordinate third\-party API integrations and ensure seamless implementation.

• *Required Qualifications \& Skills**

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, IT, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in Tally, ERP implementation, or client coordination roles.
• Basic understanding of **Tally Prime, TDL Customization, and ERP solutions**.
• Good knowledge of accounting and business processes.
• Strong communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to convert business requirements into technical requirements.
• Excellent problem\-solving and client\-handling abilities.

• *Preferred Skills**

• Experience in **Tally Prime customization and deployment projects**.
• Knowledge of **third\-party API integrations** with Tally.
• Prior experience in client\-facing implementation or support roles.
• Immediate joiners or candidates serving a short notice period will be preferred.
