• *Position Description**

We are looking for an experienced Team Lead – Design with strong technical knowledge and expertise in handling high\-rise residential projects. The candidate should have experience in team management, consultant coordination, client coordination, and knowledge of Pune building bylaws.

• *Roles \& Responsibilities**

• Develop high\-level design concepts for residential projects, ensuring compliance with Pune bylaws.
• Create detailed architectural designs, working drawings, and detail drawings for high\-rise buildings.
• Manage a team of architects to deliver project outcomes on time and within budget.
• Oversee the entire design process from conceptualization to completion, including site visits.
• Ensure effective communication with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

• *Educational Qualification**

• B.Arch (Bachelor of Architecture)

• *Experience**

• 7\+ years of relevant experience.

Pay: ₹70,000\.00 \- ₹105,000\.00 per month
